We will start the investment process with companies having an extra idea, capable of generating high profitability rates, seeing realistic product realization markets, rapid development opportunities, equivalence of mutual interests.

The initial process begins with a common agreement between the two parties. In this case, the Company starts to prepare a description of the business situation in written form by answering the following questions:

• an action plan and assumed responsibilities;
• field of activity and character, products;
• gained product advantages and disadvantages;
• analysis of market situation and competitive environment;
• financial rates of activity;
• available development opportunities;
• team competence;
• necessary financing volume;
