invests, when the companies that seeks for investment, meet the following criteria:

• The Company has a legal status formed authorized capital, an active team and is engaged in activities that are related to Investment.
• The company team has a clear vision, a proactive business strategy, an advanced business development and risk management plan.
• The owners and managers of the Company are willing to act in good faith with the Investment Company’s authorized representatives at the Company’s strategic and administration management level.
• The owners and managers of the Company are benevolent in providing actual financial and Company information, are open to future financial returns.
• The ratio between return on activity and its risks of company future activities is acceptable to the Investment fund and the Company.
• The Company does not have any type of legal or tax disputes with various entities, including Tax Administrator.
